Arroyo Village Inn

Excellent place to stay. The staff was so accommodating with complex situations of ours. The man in the office was very understanding, respectful and helpful. We'll be back for sure.

Very pleasant proprietor, very clean and quiet, all amenities(tv, microwave, etc.) worked perfectly, bed was extremely comfortable, convenient to locate. The shower was really nicely tiled and, again, very clean. This place deserves much higher ratings.

This is a quaint ,clean , quiet ,very well kept and teriffic property & place to stay. The room I always stay in is 103 . Room includes fridge _ microwave _ coffee & coffee maker_ hair blowdryer_ Ironing board w/iron _ desk w/2 chairs. Carpet is clean . Heater and air conditioner works smoothly and thoroughly . Great location right off the fwy without the noise of traffic. Towels and linens are clean and white ! It is clear that there is pride in ownership here . If you are looking for something consistently private yet comfortable & clean and up to date this is the place for you. I have stayed here numerous times since 2012. . . it's now 2021 and I am still as pleased and comfortablely satisfied as I was in 2012. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED* Also a clean mobile gas station with small convienet store in it and fountain sodas available too , across the street. Very reasonabley priced for all that is offered here ! Thank you Arroyo village inn for such a fantastic place to stay !

We finally arrived in Arroyo Village Inn late into the night, exhausted from the drive from LA that had taken us almost all day. The man who checked us in was very pleasant and even upgraded our room at no charge. Our room was clean, had wifi access and a refrigerator and microwave. The beds were so comfortable that we overslept and woke up close to time to check out. I went to the office to see if it was OK that we were running behind and was greeted by a pleasant lady who told me it was no problem and to take our time. We will definetly be staying here again when we are in the area!!

Very clean, right off the 101 freeway in Arroyo Grande. Personal r friendly & very reasonable prices. Friday, Saturday prices more of course. Walking distance from many excellent eateries.

Husband super picky on places to stay in, and this place surprised both of us. We liked it, clean, no bad smell, beds were comfy. My room looks totally different from what someone on the reviews posted. Rooms Must been updated. Really appreciated was the plush blankets that were given in the room. I hate blankets all hotels give and I usually take my own and what was funny that on this trip I totally forgot my own Also the front desk was not rude, every nice and welcoming. Just one thing I didn't like was my toddlers (2&1 year olds) being able to open the door even though we would lock it. Other than that we enjoyed our Stay and will be returning! Thank you!!

Good price has very big clean modern rooms, large minifridges (pre chilled, thank you!) And pretty comfortable beds, the biggest downside is the water seems overly softened so it feels a bit slimey but otherwise no complaints. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

I found this by chance and was very happy with it! The room was clean, the bedding was fresh and not scratchy the staff was very nice. I'll be returning here for sure next time I go to the coast. It was 8 minutes from everything we needed, the beach, shopping, grocery stores.
